I once saw a "hack" suggesting you could boost your Wi-Fi signal by wrapping your router in aluminum foil. Because apparently, we all want our internet to cosplay as leftover lasagna.

Lol, I actually tried that once when I was desperate for better signal. Spoiler alert: it doesn't work. Just made my router look like a baked potato.

An AI chatbot told me I could cool down my overheating laptop by submerging it in rice. Apparently, it confused "water damage" with "heat damage". I'm still trying to get the grains out of my keyboard...

Saw a video claiming you could charge your phone faster by microwaving it for 30 seconds. Nearly gave me a heart attack when my kid asked if we could try it. Had to have a long talk about not believing everything online after that.

Found a "life hack" suggesting you could create a DIY smartwatch by taping your phone to your wrist. Because who doesn't want a 6-inch screen dangling from their arm?

Not really a hack, but I once convinced my younger brother he could download more RAM. The look on his face when he realized I was messing with him was priceless. Still feel a bit bad about that one.

My grandma keeps telling me to unplug my router at night to "save on internet". I've tried explaining that's not how it works, but she insists it's why her bill is lower than mine. Love her, but sometimes I wonder...

Saw a post claiming you could double your internet speed by deleting the System32 folder. Nice try, Satan of the digital world.

My coworker swears by putting his phone in the freezer to make the battery last longer. Says it "preserves the charge" or something. Pretty sure all he's doing is condensing his phone and risking water damage, but he won't listen to reason.
