Yo! Looking to upgrade my 2018 Charger's audio. Want the best dual 12 inch subwoofer setup I can get for about $800. Mostly bump hip-hop and EDM. Any recs? Custom box or pre-fab?

Personally, I'd go custom box. Gives you more control over the sound. Plus, you can design it to fit your trunk perfectly.

If the Rockford Fosgate is out of your budget, peep the skar audio vxf-12. Pair of those in the right box will have your Charger straight bumpin'. Not top-shelf, but solid for the price.
