What's our plan when AI takes all the basic jobs? Just got replaced

So I've been managing inventory at Target for 6 years, thought I was doing pretty well. Today they brought in this new "AI-powered inventory management system" and cut our team from 8 to 3 people. They said it's more accurate and doesn't need breaks πŸ™ƒ Even our store's pharmacist is worried cause apparently AI's better at spotting drug interactions now. My degree's in business management but feels useless when algorithms can do everything. Looking at my kid's iPad rn and wondering if his generation's jobs even exist yet. What's the move here? How y'all planning for this?

Prediction: creative jobs gonna split into human artists and "prompt engineers" who know how to make AI create exactly what clients want. Whole new career path fr
