The longer I live, the more it seems like we're all in a simulation
Does anyone else feel like they're just watching a scripted reality unfold? Been thinking about this a lot lately. Getting older and seeing the same patterns everywhere - people having the same conversations, same reactions, same life paths. Like yesterday at coffee shop, I swear I heard 3 different people use identical phrases about their jobs. Wake up, commute, work, eat, sleep, repeat. Everyone glued to phones running the same apps, watching the same content.
Started noticing how predictable most interactions are, like people are just running basic dialogue trees. Even started testing it by saying slightly unusual things and getting those generic NPC responses: "haha that's crazy" or "wow really?" but their eyes already moved on. Not trying to sound superior or anything - probably part of the same programming myself. But once you notice it... can't unsee.
Anyone else or am I just losing it?
