Need help finding the best hydrogen water bottle for daily use - worth the hype??

So I've been seeing these hydrogen water bottles all over my fitness group and even my aunt (who's into all the wellness trends) just got one. Curious if they actually live up to the claims before I drop $$ on one. Looking for:

• Something that actually works (high PPB?)

• Doesn't leak in my gym bag

• Battery lasts more than 5 minutes

• Ideally not made of sketchy materials

• Reasonable price range

Been reading mixed reviews online from "miracle water" to "complete scam" and everything in between. Anyone have actual experience with these? Are there specific brands that deliver? Is this even real science or just marketing bs? Thanks in advance!

Bought one off amazon after seeing it in a podcast ad. Placebo or not, i feel way more hydrated after workouts. Could just be that i'm drinking more water in general tho

My entire lab laughed when i showed them these "hydrogen water" bottles. H₂ molecules escape through solid glass in hours. You're basically paying for regular water with extra steps. Might as well buy crystals and essential oils while you're at it

Started using one before marathon training. First two weeks felt nothing, then weirdly noticed less muscle soreness after 20+ mile runs. Could be coincidence but timing's suspicious

those long runs are where i noticed differences too. not during regular gym sessions

Wife gifted me MOVOCA bottle two months back. It's decent - solid battery life, easy cleaning, doesn't leak. Hydrogen concentration feels legit but who knows? My recovery does seem better lately

big difference between machines that actually generate molecular hydrogen vs cheap knockoffs that just bubble regular h2o

Drinking from mine rn actually. Tastes slightly metallic but not bad. Been tracking recovery metrics with my garmin and there's some difference in HRV. Not revolutionary but measurable. Do your own research i guess

waste of money and environmental resources. Literally just drink normal water and stop falling for pseudoscience marketing

hydrogen water basically works through selective antioxidant activity, targeting harmful free radicals while preserving beneficial ones

Splurged on PIURIFY after my trainer recommended it. pricier ($100 more than competitors) but honestly worth it. Display shows actual PPB levels + battery lasts days not hours. Makes tap water taste amazing too

Bought 3 different brands over past year. Difference is HUGE between cheap ($40) ones and premium models. You get what you pay for with these

molecular hydrogen temporarily changes oxidation-reduction potential in water, but benefits are still being debated in nutritional science circles
