Realme held an event in India where it showcased the realme 12 5G smartphone.

Technical Characteristics

The gadget has got the same design as the realme 12+ 5G but slightly different specifications. The smartphone has been equipped with a 6.72" AMOLED screen. The panel has an FHD+ resolution, 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 950 nits.

The realme 12 5G is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor paired with up to 8GB LPDDR4x RAM and 128GB UFS 2.2 storage. The smartphone is powered by a 5,000mAh battery and is charged by a 45W power supply. The new product has a 108 MP + 2 MP main camera, 8 MP front camera, Wi-Fi 5, stereo speakers, 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted fingerprint scanner and Bluetooth 5.3.

The realme 12 5G comes with Android 14 operating system and the proprietary realme UI 5.0.
