As promised, realme has announced a new smartphone in the global market - realme 12+.

Here's What We Know

The gadget received the same design as the models realme 12 Pro and realme 12 Pro+. The novelty is equipped with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with FHD+ resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The screen has a hole for a 16 MP front camera and a fingerprint scanner. It can be used to measure your heart rate.

The smartphone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 7050 processor paired with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. The newcomer also packs a 5,000mAh battery with 67W charging and a triple main camera with a 50 MP Sony LYT-600 main sensor with OIS. It is complemented by an 8 MP wide-angle lens and a 2 MP macro camera.

The realme 12+ comes with stereo speakers, IP54 protection, and Android 14 operating system (realme UI 5.0 shell).

Price & When We Can Expect It

Sales of the realme 12+ will start on March 8, but only in Malaysia and Indonesia for now. The gadget will cost $267.
