Redmi 13C 5G: 90Hz display, MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ chip, 50 MP camera and 5000 mAh battery for $130
Xiaomi, as promised, has announced a new version of the budget smartphone Redmi 13C.
Here's What We Know
The novelty has entered the market with the name Redmi 13C 5G. The gadget looks similar to the Redmi 13C, but it differs in some characteristics. The smartphone has a 6.74-inch LCD display with a refresh rate of 90 Hz and HD+ resolution. The panel supports DC dimming technology and is covered by Corning Gorilla Glass. The maximum brightness of the screen is 600 nits.
Redmi 13C 5G is powered by MediaTek Dimensity 6100+ processor paired with LPDDR4x RAM and UFS 2.2 storage. The new product packs a 5000mAh battery with 18W charging (10W power supply included), a 50 MP main dual camera and a 5 MP front camera. The smartphone comes with Dual SIM, 5G, Dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.3, GNSS, USB Type-C port, side scanner and 3.5mm jack. Out of the box, the novelty features Android 13 operating system and MIUI 14 shell.
Price & When We Can Expect It
Redmi 13C 5G will start selling on 16 December, but only in India for now. The smartphone will be available in three colours, Startrail Black, Startrail Silver and Startrail Green.
