Following the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro: Samsung releases Android 13 for the Galaxy A53 5G in the US

Samsung, following the Galaxy XCover 6 Pro, has started updating another smartphone in the US.

Here's What We Know

We're talking about the unlocked version of the Galaxy A53 5G (SM-A536U1). The firmware has been released with build number A536U1UEU4BWA5 and it has already been released to users of AT&T, Bluegrass Cellular, Cellular South, Comcast, Cricket, Nextech, US Cellular and Xfinity Mobile carriers.

With the update, the smartphone gets the proprietary One UI 5.0 shell with lots of changes. The developers have also fixed bugs in the system and installed the January Google security patch, which closes many vulnerabilities in the firmware.
