The outer side of the "flip" is covered with durable glass, so it is not afraid of scratches, like all modern smartphones. What can not be said about the inner screen: it is covered with a plastic film, which can easily scratch even a fingernail. Predictably, such a coating is also not friendly with fire.

But the smartphone is not afraid of sand, dirt and other debris: nothing got into the hinge, so the gadget continued to work without unnecessary noise and damage.

The most interesting part was the bend test. By the way, Galaxy Fold 4 handled it well and proved that it is a "tough nut" after all. The Galaxy Flip 4, on the other hand, did not have such praiseworthy results: the hinge cracked almost immediately. And although the smartphone continued to work steadily, it no longer closed completely. Recall, even its predecessor Flip 3 handled this test better: the body bent slightly, but neither the hinge nor the screen were damaged.
