Following the Galaxy M53 5G: Samsung begins updating Galaxy M42 5G to One UI 5.1

Samsung released the One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy M53 5G at the end of February and has now started rolling out the firmware to another smartphone in the series.

We're talking about the Galaxy M42 5G model. According to our SamMobile colleagues, the firmware has been released with build number M426BXXU4DWB1 and weighs almost 1GB. The system has started to be received by device owners in India so far. In other countries the OTA update will be available soon.

With the One UI 5.1 update, the developers have installed all the major innovations of this shell in the Galaxy M42 5G. Samsung has also added the February Google security patch to the software, fixed bugs and optimised the system.
