Finally, Samsung has released an Android 13 update with One UI 5.0 for the Galaxy Flip

Following the Galaxy Flip 3 and Galaxy Fold 3, Samsung began updating to Android 13 another foldable smartphone.

This time, the firmware was released for the original Galaxy Flip foldable. The update came out with build number F700FXXUAIVK3 and it has so far started to be received by device owners in Italy. In other European countries OTA will appear in the coming days.

As for the list of changes, it is standard. The smartphone has received the One UI 5.0 shell. It boasts an updated interface, dynamic Material You themes, updated branded apps, as well as improved security and privacy.

Incidentally, the Galaxy Flip was introduced in early 2020 with Android 10 on board. Since then, the smartphone has received three major updates. Android 13 is the latest major software update for the device.
