Sharp unveils Aquos Wish 3 smartphone with IP67 protection made from a bottle

Sharp has announced three new Aquos smartphones. Let's start with the most modest model. It's called Sharp Aquos Wish 3.

Here's What We Know

One of the features of the smartphone is that its body is made of recycled plastic. There are three colours to choose from for users: black, beige and light green.

The Sharp Aquos Wish 3 features a HD+ display with a refresh rate of 60Hz and a diagonal of 5.7". On the front, there is a large teardrop cutout that houses a 5MP front-facing module. The main camera has a resolution of 13 MP.

The novelty is equipped with a Dimensity 700 processor clocked at up to 2.2GHz. The RAM is 4GB, the storage capacity is 64GB, and the battery capacity is 3,730 mAh.

The Sharp Aquos Wish 3 gets Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.3, a headphone jack, USB-C, a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and NFC. The case has an IP67 water resistance rating. The software platform is the Android 13 operating system.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The Sharp Aquos Wish 3 will go on sale in mid-summer this year. The cost of the smartphone has not yet been specified.
