The Ukrainian Armed Forces will always have satellite Internet: Elon Musk promised Ukraine not to turn off Starlink even if the Pentagon won't pay for it
SpaceX will not cut off access to Starlink for the Ukrainian Armed Forces even if they do not pay for it.
Here's What We Know
Elno Musk said this to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mykhailo Fedorov in Twitter. That is, even if in the future the Pentagon refuses to fund Starlink, it will still continue to operate in Ukraine.
Thanks @elonmusk. Before all the talks about funding, you confirmed to me that in any case you will ensure the work of Starlinks in Ukraine. This was critically important for Ukraine. We are grateful to you!

By the way, earlier Musk stated that the companySpaceX can no longer pay for Starlink in Ukraine and is asking the Pentagon for funding - the cost of services in 2023 will be $380 million and asked the Pentagon to fund Starlinks for the AFU. In the end, Ukraine got in touch with Elon Musk, the problem of work and payment for Starlink satellite Internet for the AFU was solved. If in the future there are questions about payment, Ukraine will turn to European partners and private donors.
