BrainStudio's Kickstarter project gives everyone the opportunity to create their own AI assistant for iOS, even if you are new to app development. The crowdfunding campaign was launched with several different support packages, each of which promises participants unique bonuses and options for educational materials. The main focus is on the ready-made code and a detailed guide that will allow you to build an app with an AI assistant based on SwiftUI.
Despite the fact that any smartphone can perform all the functions of this gadget, one part of humanity still keeps creating such devices, and the other part keeps ordering them. Kickstarter has launched a campaign to raise 10,000 Hong Kong dollars (which is only about 1,280 US dollars, for convenience, all further prices are given in this currency) for a device as simple as a monk ringing a bell, called Zen. This device is actually a simplified smartphone (retail price is $269, but during the campaign you can order it from $149) that has its own camera, GSM module, GPS and Wi-Fi.
On the Kickstarter crowdfunding platform , an engineer from Kanal is raising money for a tactical helmet that looks like it came out of a science fiction movie (the word Spartan in the name creates an association with the Halo games). It uses several cameras and augmented reality technology and can be used for tactical competitions or military training. Currently, the Spartan HUD Alpha exists as a prototype, and the inventor needs to raise 10,000 Canadian dollars (7,400 USD) to complete the project. The cost of one helmet starts at CAD 400 (USD 300), and the expected delivery date for the finished product is February 2025.
The new product has double seals that improve noise insulation. In addition, the device has an active sound cancellation system. It allows you to reduce ambient sounds by 21 dB. The headphones come with transparency mode and Bluetooth 5.3. As for the battery life, it has been increased to 14 hours. With a case, the Soundcore Sleep A20 can last up to 80 hours.
