Xiaomi SU7 Ultra sets a new Nürburgring record for a production electric car

Xiaomi has announced the record of the SU7 Ultra sedan with the optional "track package" at a famous race track in Germany. The car completed the lap in 7 minutes 4.957 seconds, the best result for a production electric car in the history of the Nürburgring. The previous record holder, the Porsche Taycan Turbo GT with the Weissach package, clocked 7 minutes 07.55 seconds in 2024.
