Samsung has confirmed that Galaxy AI features will be available on more older smartphone models, but not all Galaxy AI features will get these devices. The One UI 6.1 update with Galaxy AI features will be available on flagships released in 2021 and 2022 starting in May.

Samsung has released a new software update for the Galaxy Flip 4 and Galaxy Fold 4. This is only a March security patch for now, with the larger One UI 6.1 update for these models due later this month.
The S20 flagship lineup is also joining the receipt of March security updates. The update is available in select countries.
Samsung has already started rolling out the March security update for some of its high-end and mid-range models. The Galaxy Flip 3 in the US has also started receiving the fresh March software update.
