Leopard 1A5DK tanks have already arrived in Ukraine

Ukraine seems to have already received German Leopard 1 tanks.

Here's What We Know

Military analyst @Osinttechnical published a video in social networks with German tanks in the hands of the AFU. We are talking about Leopard 1 in modification A5DK. They were promised to Ukraine by Denmark together with the Netherlands and Germany. It is not yet known how many of these tanks are now in Ukraine, but according to the agreement, the Ukrainian Armed Forces were to receive about 100 units.

Flashback

The Leopard 1 is Germany's main battle tank. It was started to be developed after the Second World War together with France, but then the co-operation was stopped. The Leopard 1 is in service with 12 countries. Thanks to the modernisation programme, it is still in use. By the way, by 1984, about 4,744 units of Leopard 1 were produced. The tank participated in the Bosnian War, as well as in the War in Afghanistan.
