The Ukrainian Defence Forces received 15 British FV432, CVRT Stormer and CVRT Shielder armoured personnel carriers

The Territorial Defence Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have received a batch of tracked armoured vehicles. The military equipment was bought by the World Congress of Ukrainians.

Here's What We Know

The Territorial Defence Forces receive 15 armoured vehicles of British manufacture. In particular, one CVRT Shielder and CVRT Stormer each, as well as 13 units of FV432.

The World Congress of Ukrainians transferred two MT-LBu armoured personnel carriers and 10 GAZ-66 trucks to the Ukrainian Defence Forces. All the equipment has been restored. The cost of the armoured personnel carriers and trucks was 68m hryvnias ($1.84m).

Before being sent to the front, the armoured personnel carriers will be equipped with Ukrainian-made night vision devices. The vehicles will be used to deliver cargo, transport the wounded and move personnel to the front line.
