The unmanned Bayraktar Kizilelma fighter jet with Ukrainian engines will enter serial production in a year
Turkish company Baykar has set a timeline for the launch of the Bayraktar Kizilelma unmanned aerial vehicle. The new fighter will be available fairly soon.

The company has conducted some important tests of the Bayraktar Kizilelma in late 2022. The drone was officially unveiled in the third quarter, and a few months later The Bayraktar Kizilelma took off for the first time during testing during tests. In December, the drone made its first full-fledged test flight, and in January it The Bayraktar Kizilelma UAV with a Ukrainian engine took to the skies for the second time time.

The Bayraktar Kizilelma fighter jet will be put into mass production in early 2024, about a year after the first flight. This was announced the day before by Selçuk Bayraktar, technical director of the Turkish company.
The Bayraktar Kizilelma will be equipped with Ukrainian AI-322F and AI-25TLT engines or the Turkish TF-6000. In the future, the company will be able to produce Kizilelma drones along with Akinci and TB2 in Ukraine. Drones powered by TF-6000 and AI-322F will be supersonic, while a modification with AI-25TLT will be able to reach speeds close to supersonic.
