Baykar shows off next-generation Bayraktar TB3 and Kizilelma drones for the first time aboard TCG Anadolu

Turkish company Baykar has published a video that focuses on the new TCG Anadolu landing craft, as well as the Bayraktar TB3 and Kizilelma drones.

TCG Anadolu joined the Turkish navy a few days ago. It is the world's first ship designed for the deployment of drones. It can accommodate up to 11 drones on deck and up to 30 units in the hangar. The video marks the first time that Bayraktar TB3 and Kizilelma have been deployed simultaneously on the deck of the ship.

The ship itself is equipped with Phalanx CIWS anti-aircraft guns, Aselsan STOP RCWS artillery units and RAM surface-to-air missile systems. The SPN-720 radar station ensures aircraft landings in all weather conditions.

In addition to the Bayraktar TB3 and Kizilelma, TCG Anadolu can accommodate, 29 helicopters, 13 tanks, six armoured personnel carriers, 33 vehicles, 15 vans and 27 amphibious marine vehicles. The ship's crew consists of 1,223 sailors.
