Ukrainian blogger Leb1ga raised ₴8.35 million in 8 hours to buy Sych drones, and the broadcast became No. 1 on Twitch in the world
The day before, Ukrainian blogger Mykhailo Lebiga (Leb1ga) managed to raise more than ₴8 million ($217,000) to buy drones for the army. The fundraiser took place during a live broadcast on Twitch.

On 16 July, Leb1ga launched a live stream with the goal of raising ₴2.658 million ($72,350) to buy the Sych reconnaissance drone. The stream lasted for nearly 8 hours, during which the blogger was able to raise more than three times the goal.
The goal was reached in less than an hour. For the entire broadcast, viewers transferred a total of ₴8.35 million ($227,300). At the same time, the Ukrainian-language broadcast became at No. 1 on Twitch worldwide. This happened after one hour of broadcasting.
"Sych" is a reconnaissance-class drone. It is equipped with a high-quality camera and has a launch range of up to 200 kilometres. The main technical characteristics of the drone are still a secret.
