Turkish company Baykar invests $100 million in the construction of a factory, service centre and office in Ukraine
Three facilities of the Turkish company Baykar will appear in Ukraine. This was announced by CEO Haluk Bayraktar.

The Turkish company known for the production of strike drones Bayraktar invests in three projects in Ukraine. These are a factory, a service centre and a head office. Baykar CEO made such a statement at the Defence Industries Forum in Kyiv.
According to him, the process has already started. The company intends to invest $100m in three projects. In particular, the factory for the production of unmanned aerial vehicles will be ready within 1.5 years. The enterprise will create at least 300 jobs.
The company has several challenges in front of it. It is about the supply chain, finding human capital and the regulatory framework. The CEO of the Turkish company emphasised that this production will be self-sufficient, environmentally friendly and mutually beneficial. Ukraine has unique technologies for the production of propulsion systems, while the Turkish firm has UAVs in which these engines can be used.
