$770 for 512 GB - the price of Xiaomi 13 has been revealed

Xiaomi this week should present a series of smartphones Xiaomi 13, the presentation of which was originally scheduled for December 2.

Ahead of the presentation, the price of the Xiaomi 13, the basic version of the new generation, became known. The smartphone will get a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile processor, a 50 MP + 12 MP + 10 MP main camera and a 6.3" AMOLED display with 120 Hz frame rate support.

The smartphone will be available to buyers in three modifications. The standard variant will offer 8 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in memory at a price of ¥4299 ($615). The version with double the storage capacity will cost ¥4599 ($655). Thus, the price compared to identical Xiaomi 12 configurations will increase by about 15% in Chinese yuan and about 6% in U.S. dollars due to exchange rate changes.

The Xiaomi 13 will also appear in a 12/512GB modification, something the current generation model cannot boast. The top-of-the-line Xiaomi 12 is equipped with 12GB RAM and 256GB, and the launch price was ¥4399 ($625). To pay for the Xiaomi 13 in the maximum configuration will have to ¥5399 ($770).
