Rumour: Samsung's Galaxy Tab S9 range of tablets will get IP67 water and dust protection

Samsung unveiled its flagship Galaxy Tab S8 range of tablets in February 2022 and is now working on a new series of devices.

The new line of tablets will hit the market with the name Galaxy Tab S9. Supposedly, there will be three models in the new series: the Galaxy Tab S9, Galaxy Tab S9+ and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra.

According to our colleagues at SamMobile, the devices will boast of IP67 water and dust protection. Incidentally, Samsung has produced such tablets before, but they were special devices with the prefix Active in the name.

Unfortunately, no other details about the novelty are yet available. It is also unknown when the presentation of the tablets will take place. Perhaps, the novelties will be shown in summer instead of foldable Galaxy Fold 5 and Galaxy Flip 5 devices.
