Bloomberg: Apple will introduce updated 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air by summer

Bloomberg's Mark Gurman has shared new information about future MacBook Air laptops.

According to Mark, Apple should unveil updated 13-inch and 15-inch MacBook Air by late spring or summer - no more exact dates yet.

Also in big question for now are the processors that will form the basis of the new products. Most likely, the 13-inch version will be equipped with an M3 chip, which will be manufactured based on TSMC's latest 3nm processor. Recall, the current 13-inch model was released in July 2022 and has an M2 chip based on 5nm process technology.

Whether the 15-inch model will also have an M3 is not specified in the story.

Incidentally, other sources in the display supply chain have previously confirmed that Apple will release a 15-inch MacBook Air. More specifically, it will have a 15.5-inch screen, so it will be the largest MacBook Air ever. As of now, the laptop is only available in 13-inch and 11-inch sizes.
