Confirmed: POCO C55 with MediaTek Helio G85 chip, IP52 protection and 5000mAh battery will hit the global market

Xiaomi announced the POCO C55 smartphone in India a month ago, and now it looks like it's about to launch globally.

Here's What We Know

The device with model number 22127PC95G (G stands for Global) has been spotted in the database of certification agency NBTC as well as in the Geekbench performance test database. That is, the release of the smartphone is not far off. Most likely, the novelty will be announced in April.

The POCO C55 is a budget smartphone with a 6.71-inch display, MediaTek Helio G85 processor, 3/4/6GB RAM, 64/128GB storage and a 5000mAh battery. The device also has IP52 protection, a dual 50 MP + 2 MP camera and a headphone jack. The gadget sells for $115 in India. How much the smartphone will cost in other countries is not yet known.
