Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 tested on Geekbench
Samsung will be announcing a new generation of tablets in summer 2023. The Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra have been tested in the Geekbench 6 benchmark months before the launch.
Here's What We Know
The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 and Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra are equipped with Qualcomm's flagship 4nm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. The Geekbench 6 performance test passed the version with 8GB of RAM and Android 13 operating system.
Despite identical parameters, the Ultra version scored better. It scored 2,028 points in Single-Core mode and 5,376 points in Multi-Core mode. The results of the Standard Edition are 1,928 and 4,727 points respectively.
There is almost no more information about the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. Aside from data from Geekbench 6, we know that the tablet will get an OLED display, AKG stereo speakers, IP67 water protection and will be available in a cellular-enabled modification.
Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will get WQXGA+ (2960 x 1848) 14.6" panel with 120 Hz refresh rate. It will have a maximum storage capacity of 16GB, a battery capacity of 11,200mAh and fast charging power of 45W. The water protection will be IP68 rated.
