Insider: Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablet to hit the market with up to 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 4.0 storage
Specifications for the new flagship Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra tablet continue to emerge online.

This time, an insider with the nickname @Tech_Reve has shared the memory modifications of the device. According to the leak, there will be three. The base version will get 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 128GB of onboard UFS 3.1. The mid-range will come with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB of UFS 4.0 ROM. The top-end will get the same chips, but with an increased RAM capacity of up to 16GB and ROM of up to 512GB.

It is also known that the Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra will be equipped with a 14.6-inch display with 2960×1848 (WQXGA+) resolution. The panel should support 120Hz refresh rate. Apart from that, the device will get Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor for Galaxy, 11200mAh battery, 45-watt charging, IP68 water protection and a body with dimensions of 208.6×326.4×5.5mm.
When We Can Expect It
The Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra is expected to be released in the summer. The tablet will be unveiled along with other models in the series.
