Xiaomi has officially announced the TV via a promotional poster posted on social media. It will be a flagship model, as it represents the top-of-the-range Master series. The manufacturer promises to usher in "an era of precise picture quality".

Judging by the name, the Master 86 Mini LED will get a large 86-inch screen made with Mini LED technology, and it also has a new in-house developed engine that completely reconstructs the image quality algorithm and provides professional-level colour accuracy. And 'colour consistency across multiple screens' technology ensures that colours are consistent between the TV, smartphones and tablets.

No other details are available yet. In any case, they will be known very soon, at the official presentation.
