POCO F5 with Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 chip beats POCO F5 Pro with Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 in Geekbench

Qualcomm has officially confirmed that the POCO F5 smartphone will be equipped with the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 processor. Prior to the announcement, the model has been tested in the Geekbench benchmark.

Here's What We Know

The performance test passed the version with 12GB of RAM. It managed to score 1,629 points in Single-Core mode and 4,295 in Multi-Core mode. In comparison, the POCO F5 Pro on the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chip scored 1302 and 4080 points respectively.

As you can see, the difference in performance in Single-Core test is as high as 25%. In Multi-Core mode, the POCO F5's superiority over the Pro version drops to 5%, i.e. is at the level of margin of error.

Our hero will be the global version of the Redmi Note 12 Turbo. The smartphone will get a 120Hz OLED display, a 5000mAh battery and a main camera crowned with a 50MP main module.
