The company vivo unexpectedly announced a new budget line of smartphones G. The first device of the series was the vivo G2 model.

Here's What We Know

The gadget received a 6.56-inch LCD display with HD+ resolution and a capelike cutout. The panel supports a picture refresh rate of 90Hz.

The vivo G2 is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6020 processor paired with LPDDR4x RAM up to 8GB and UFS 2.2 storage up to 256GB. The inbuilt memory can be expanded with a microSD card.

The novelty packs a 5000mAh battery with 15W charging support. The gadget comes with Dual SIM, 5G, 5GHz Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, 3.5mm jack, USB-C port and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.

Price & When We Can Expect It

The vivo G2 is already available for purchase in China. The novelty is available in Deep Sea Black colour and four memory variants:
