vivo Y17s - Helio G85, 50MP camera and 5000mAh battery for a price of $145

vivo announced a new smartphone. The model is called vivo Y17s and is a representative of the budget class.

Here's What We Know

vivo Y17s received a liquid crystal panel with a frame refresh rate of 60 Hz. The IPS LCD display measures 6.56" diagonally and has a resolution of 720 x 1612 pixels. The peak brightness of the screen is 840 nits.

The smartphone has a Helio G85 chip. The mobile processor is complemented by 6GB of LPDDR4x RAM. The storage capacity of eMMC 5.1 is 128 GB. The power subsystem is represented by a 5000 mA*h battery with 15W fast charging.

The resolution of the main camera is 50 MP + 2 MP, and the front camera is 8 MP. Also vivo Y17s has USB-C, GPS, Mini-Jack, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and IP54 splash protection. The smartphone runs on FuntouchOS 13 firmware with Android 13 operating system.

The vivo Y17s made its debut in Singapore. The smartphone has been priced at $145. It is sold in Glitter Purple and Forest Green colours.
