This time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces eliminated two self-propelled artillery systems of the Russian army at once with a high-precision projectile.

The M982 Excalibur is a guided long-range active-reactive projectile with a combined control system (inertial + GPS). It was developed by Raytheon and BAE Systems. The maximum range of fire is up to 57 km.

Ukraine has become one of the few countries to receive the M982 Excalibur. Operators of high-precision projectiles are also the United States, Australia, Sweden, Canada, India, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom and Germany.
