Around 440 combat vehicles: German media show impressive photos of military hardware likely destined for Ukraine
A large amount of military equipment, which arrived from the USA, was spotted in the German port of Bremerhaven the other day. German media published a photo and suggested that the equipment was destined for Ukraine.
Here's What We've Seen
In total, the US army has delivered about 440 pieces of equipment to the German port. These included 60 Bradley infantry fighting vehicles, Stryker APCs, Avenger SAM vehicles, many trucks and armoured vehicles. The loading and preparation of this equipment for transport continued for several days.
There is no official confirmation that military equipment will be delivered directly to Ukraine. But, for example, the Bradley BMPs are part of one of the US military aid packages to Ukraine. According to sources, the Bradley is being taken to the US base in Mannheim, where the Ukrainian military is likely to undergo training. It is also possible that some supplies - in Poland, for example - will be replenished on a ring-sharing basis.
