Czech volunteers purchase RM-70 multiple rocket launcher and 365 missiles for $1.4m for Ukraine
The Ukrainian Armed Forces will soon receive a new RM-70 multiple rocket launcher. Czech volunteers managed to raise funds for its purchase.

According to Czech media, the volunteers managed to buy not only RM-70, but also 365 rockets. The rocket launcher underwent an overhaul at the STV Group factory.
The funds to buy the RM-70 and rockets were raised as part of the "Gift for Putin" initiative. A total of more than CZK 30 million ($1.4 million) was donated. Deliveries of the multiple rocket launcher to Ukraine will take several weeks.
The RM-70 is equipped with the same launcher as the Soviet BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launcher. It has 40 rails. The launcher is mounted on a Tatra T813 Kolos 8x8 chassis with a 12-cylinder Tatra T-930-3 diesel engine producing 270 hp.
