Ukrainian drones destroy upgraded Russian T-90M tank worth from $2.5m

The Ukrainian Armed Forces have destroyed another Russian upgraded T-90M tank. It was bombarded with explosives by drones.

Air reconnaissance of the 54th separate mechanised brigade detected the Russian tank in working order. The command decided to finish it off. Drones were used for this purpose.

The drones dropped several homemade explosives on the T-90M. Not on the first try, but still the K-2 Special Forces fighters were able to set the turret and systems of the tank on fire.

According to Oryx analysts, the Russian army has already lost nearly two dozen upgraded tanks. Several combat vehicles have been seized by the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The cost of a single T-90M is $2.5-5m, depending on the level of modernisation.
