Ukrainian Armed Forces hit Berdyansk seaport with Storm Shadow missiles used to deliver ammunition

The Ukrainian Armed Forces launched a strike against a seaport in the city of Berdyansk on 2 June at around 12 noon (EET). Storm Shadow cruise missiles have been used for this purpose.

Berdyansk port is used by the Russian military as a logistics hub for ammunition deliveries across the Sea of Azov. Russian media have claimed that an air defence system is in operation. However, the video shows that at least one missile reached its target.

According to residents of the city, "ambulances" were dispatched to the site of the explosion. At the same time, Russian ships began to leave the seaport.
