HIMARS/MLRS destroyed Russian Uragan and Grad multiple rocket launchers with high-precision GRMLS shells
The Ukrainian Defence Forces continue to use Western HIMARS/MLRS missile systems to destroy Russian rocket and barrel artillery.

The Armed Forces of Ukraine were able to destroy two multiple rocket launchers of the Russian army at once. The video shows the elimination of "Uragan" and "Grad". Both systems were destroyed in the Zaporozhye region.

The defence forces hit the Uragan (220mm) and Grad (120mm) with GMLRS high-precision rockets with a launch range. This means that the strike was carried out with M142 HIMARS or M270 MLRS (MARS II / LRU).
According to Oryx, the number of Uragan systems the Russian army has lost since 24 February 2022 has passed 60. At least six of them became trophies of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. As for the Grad systems, over the same period of time, the Ukrainian Defence Forces destroyed about 100 units, damaged more than half a dozen and captured over three dozen more.
