PR-manager of Warhorse studio Tobias Stolz-Zwilling gave an interview to YouTube-channel SxyBiscuit, in which he made two interesting statements about further plans of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 authors.

Here's What We Know

The community manager said that the developers are aware of the desire of gamers to get a remaster of the first part of Kingdom Come: Deliverance, but such a project is not in development. Tobias explained that the studio does not have the resources to create a remaster yet, as all the efforts are directed to the release of the update for the second part - about 250 Warhorse employees are involved in it and they can't be distracted yet.

The studio will only consider releasing a remaster if there is an interesting offer from a publisher (most likely, Deep Silver is meant).

Tobias Stoltz-Zwilling's second statement was more interesting. He said that the creator of Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2 (and Mafia) Daniel Vávra dreams of creating a similar realistic role-playing game, but about the Vikings. Vávra is sure that such an idea would be successful and he is obviously right, but it is too early to talk about the development of such a game. Let's remind, earlier as a half-joke Daniel Vavra already said that he would love to make a game about Vikings, especially since "our owner is a Swede [Embracer Group] and he loves Vikings as much as I do".
