NATO keeps RQ-4B Global Hawk, EP-3E Aries II and EL/W-2085 scouts over the Black Sea

Three reconnaissance drones belonging to NATO countries are monitoring the Black Sea waters at once. One of them is a Northrop Grumman drone.
Here's What We Know
Two aircraft have been involved in surveillance of the Black Sea waters. Off the coast of Romania is a Lockheed EP-3E radio reconnaissance aircraft, which belongs to the United States.
The RQ-4B Global Hawk strategic drone, which can rise to an altitude of 18km and stay in the air for more than 34 hours, flies to the south of the temporarily occupied Crimean peninsula. It also belongs to the United States.
In addition, an EL/W-2085 long-range radar detection aircraft was seen over Romanian territory. It belongs to the Italian Air Force.
