The Great Britain will not send fighter jets to Ukraine
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has visited the UK, where he agreed a programme to train Ukrainian pilots on F-16 fighter jets. At the same time, the British planes will not be sent to Ukraine. And the reason is very simple.
Here's What We Know
The Ukrainian Air Force has made the F-16 Fighting Falcon its main target. The UK has promised to help Ukraine get the fourth generation fighters, but it will not hand over the planes itself.
This was announced by a representative of the United Kingdom's prime minister. The reason is that Ukraine needs the F-16 Fighting Falcon, while the UK simply does not have such planes. The Royal Air Force uses Eurofighter Typhoon and fifth generation fighters F-35B Lighting II with short takeoff and vertical landing.
