The ESRB has issued an age rating for the Xbox Series version of Minecraft. Perhaps soon the popular game will be released on a modern console after all

Last month, German rating agency USK gave an age rating to the Xbox Series version of Minecraft.

And today, further proof has emerged that Microsoft will soon release the iconic game on modern consoles.

Here's What We Know

The North American certification board ESRB has also issued an age rating for the Xbox Series version of Minecraft. Therefore, all doubts that Minecraft will be released on Xbox Series are gone and now we just have to wait for the official announcement from the developer.

At the moment Minecraft is available on Xbox Series on backwards compatibility with Xbox One, but perhaps in the version for the current console will add support for modern technologies, such as ray tracing, which was promised a long time ago, but added only on PC.
