There is not enough power: Remedy says Alan Wake 2 on Xbox Series S will only run at 30fps

On September 27, it became known that Alan Wake 2 will run in two modes on PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X: quality (30 fps) and performance (60 fps), but now there is information about the mode on Xbox Series S.
Here's What We Know
Game Informer contacted Remedy and found out that the game will only run in 30 fps. This is not surprising given that the Series S is less powerful than the "older" Series X. And the developers of Alan Wake 2 said that they had originally made the game with a focus on 30 frames, so Series S owners will only get 30 fps.
When We Can Expect It
Alan Wake 2 is scheduled for release on October 27 on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.
