The Xiaomi 13 Ultra, with four 50MP cameras, finished only 14th in the DxOMark camera ranking, behind even the Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra
Xiaomi's flagship next-generation smartphone didn't perform at its best in the camera test. DxOMark experts have sent the Xiaomi 13 Ultra to the mid/late second tenth of their rankings.
Here's What We Know
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra was placed in 14th place, showing the same result as several other smartphones. But it's worth noting that the DxOMark report, despite its relatively low score, contains more praise than criticism.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra's result was 140 points. Google Pixel 7, Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra (Snapdragon 8 Gen 2) and vivo X90 Pro+ scored the same. Interestingly, the flagship 2021 Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra got 1 more point.
Leading the ranking with 156 points is the Huawei P60 Pro. The top 5 was exclusively made up of Chinese smartphones. The Google 7 Pro ranked 6th and the iPhone 14 Pro / Pro Max shared 8th/9th places. The first Samsung model in the ranking is the already mentioned flagship Galaxy S23 Ultra.
