Xiaomi, unexpectedly, released a new update for its latest Android One smartphone.

What we know

The Xiaomi Mi A3 received a July 2022 Google security patch. It solves many system vulnerabilities. By the way, this is most likely the penultimate update for the device. In the near future Xiaomi will stop supporting it.

Recall, Xiaomi Mi A3 came out in 2019 with Android 9.0 Pie. Right now, the smartphone runs on Android 11. The device has a 6-inch AMOLED display with an under-screen scanner, Snapdragon 665 chip and a 48 MP + 8 MP + 2 MP camera.
