A Real Hit: the head of Xiaomi Lei Jun reported on sales of smart bracelet Mi Band 6
The CEO of Xiaomi said on the social network Weibo that the new smart bracelet Mi Band 6 was a real hit.
What we know
According to Lei Jun, in less than a month, sales of the device crossed the one-million mark. Moreover, we are talking about the global market, but it is easy to guess that most of the bracelets were sold in China.
As a reminder, Xiaomi Mi Band 6 debuted in China at the end of May. The bracelet got a larger and clearer AMOLED display with a diagonal of 1.56 inches, a resolution of 360 × 152 pixels and a pixel density of 326 PPI. The device is not afraid of water (you can submerge it up to 50 meters). The gadget also has a pulse oximeter, more than 20 sports modes, an automatic training detection function, a heart rate sensor and battery life up to 14 days. The device is charged using magnetic charging. In China, Mi Band 6 is sold in two versions: the regular one costs $35, and the model with NFC is $43.
