ZTE will unveil an aerospace version of the Axon 40 Ultra with Snapdragon 8 Gen1 and 1TB of memory
ZTE is preparing to announce a flagship smartphone Axon 40 Ultra Aerospace Edition. The presentation will take place next week.
Here's What We Know
The aerospace version of the flagship will be based on the standard ZTE Axon 40 Ultra, which was presented in May. The Chinese company has published the official poster and teaser. The images reveal the date of the presentation - November 29.
In terms of design, a key change awaits us. It will concern the main camera pad. The company will give up the big block, which has three modules and an LED flash (pictured below). In addition, the back panel will be made of ceramic instead of glass.
The ZTE Axon 40 Ultra Aerospace Edition will also feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen1 chip, a 6.8" AMOLED display with up to 144Hz refresh rate, a 5000 mA*h battery and a triple main camera with 64 MP + 64 MP + 64 MP resolution. The amount of RAM will be 18 GB, and built-in - 1 TB.
The price of the Aerospace edition has not yet been specified. Last year the company introduced the ZTE Axon 30 Ultra Aerospace Edition, which went on sale in China for $1100.
