ZTE Axon Pad 5G: Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 tablet with 10,000mAh battery and dual-SIM support

Apart from the flagship Axon 50 Ultra smartphone, ZTE has also unveiled a new tablet with generic specs.

Here's What We Know

The novelty has been named ZTE Axon Pad 5G. It is the world's first tablet with a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 processor on board. The device has a thickness of 6.5 mm and weighs 605 grams. It has a 12.1-inch IPS LCD with 2.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The novelty supports the work with a stylus, as well as a branded case-keyboard.

The ZTE Axon Pad 5G comes with LDDR5 RAM, UFS 3.1 storage and a 10000mAh battery. It supports 80W fast charging. Apart from that, the device boasts of having a dual SIM slot. Both can work on 5G networks. The tablet also has a primary camera and a front camera.

Price and when to expect

ZTE plans to sell the Axon Pad 5G for now only to government employees and corporate customers in China. The company has not disclosed the price of the device.
