A rare video of the use of a barraging attachment Switchblade 300 appeared online.
What we know
A new video shows a drone attacking a Russian Federation Security Service border guard. The video was shot on the drone's own camera, so we don't see the explosion.
Switchblade 300 is a barraging ammunition of the American company AeroVironment. It weighs about 3 kg and is 61 cm long. The kamikaze drone can fly for 10 minutes and has a controlled range of 10 km.
The drone is also available in a modification Blackwing. It was introduced 7 years ago and was developed specifically for the United States Navy. The Switchblade variant does not have a warhead. It is used for communications with manned and unmanned vehicles.
